How we have helped our managers
Increasing productivity within your organisation, talented graduates fulfil junior roles to allow senior managers to focus more closely on their core responsibilities.
Finding enthusiastic graduates who can be recruited into short-term or long-term contracts, reducing agency dependency and costs.
Cherry picking from a range of skill sets across several degree disciplines including: accounting, business studies, marketing, law, psychology and much more.
A cost effective way to source genuine talent, whilst building a continuous pipeline for future workforce needs.
Knowing that you are helping the next generation find a route into employment whilst safeguarding the future of the NHS.
Michelle Rahman - HR Business Partner
Contracting Development at South East Commissioning Support Unit
"The calibre of graduates is just brilliant"
Michelle had been recruiting for Band 4 full time and part time roles for 1 year fixed contracts within the Contracting and Transformation team.
She required high analytical and problem solving skills as well as individuals who were naturally proactive.
Michelles biggest challenge was finding the right skills at entry level Band 4 and 5 to fulfil the roles and stay in post.
"I can’t tell you how disappointing it is to be sat in interviews after shortlisting candidates who appear to have the right skills on paper but then not evidence them at interview.
We know that through the programme – we have the right skills at the right level, and they have proved to be real assets to the teams they have worked in."
An opportunity to inject new talent
David Lawson, Director of Procurement
Guy's and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust
David Lawson says that the roles he can now offer are arguably some of the most rewarding in the profession in terms of variety, intensity and scope; yet he struggles to recruit and to date have had to rely on high cost agency staff to fill gaps in his team.
